Hola!
so... i almost forgot i had a blog. oops.
not that real life right now is super exciting.
just came back from hong kong a week back after a 4d3n free and easy trip with yun, her bf and diwei. haha. travelling with friends is certainly so much more different than with family. the independance and the spontaneity are priceless..
i can't wait till the next time i travelled again. it's like suddenly i have something to look forward to again. the next trip. i like the idea of just jetting around, for a weekend getaway... doesn't have to include shopping. (although shopping is a mighty bonus plus point).
thanks everyone for a wonderful trip. hope there will be a next time hopefully within the next two yrs. and hopefully one day our money replenish itself automatically. yea!
hong kong is definitely for people who loves night life. the dessert stalls are packed at night (around 11 plus kind of night) and operates all the way to 1 a.m.. must be quite a nightmare for the waitress though initially.
i like the vibrancy at night. 11 plus over there around the mongkok area that we stayed in is like 8 plus of orchard road. time seemed to stand still for a few hours as some lanes are close off to cars and people thronged about you. shopping malls operated till 11 even on weekdays (and they are big! like what is vivocity compared to them?) and street markets and the restaurants near them only count it a night at 1am.
argh. although it's somewhat like singapore. i miss it already. hahaha
back in singapore last monday night and its back to tuition on tuesday. tuition totally rocked my world.
so anyway, i finally caught the movie with the poster of the yellow man holding a doughnut.
i thought it was worth my money and time. i love lame and sarcastic movies. *gasp! what's that on the ceiling?
sigh. so its back to sunny singapore, a place where tuition still goes on, parents complaining of neglect and you found out that despite all the stuff you bought. there is still not enough travel sovenirs for your family and friends. bleah.
i want to be free!
and with many many monies. hahahaha..
