sure that's chicken?
having an urge to blog suddenly... nope.. not escaping the doing of assignment part.. whatever makes you think that? hahahaha...
sigh...the question might as well be typed in a foreign language... its like eating a dish, you think its mostly chicken but you're not really sure cos there is so many ingrediants.. disgusting isn't it?...
hey... that reminds me....i remember drinking a soup in malaysia.. it came with meat that look like chicken except its more reddish and my piece look like a small drumlet so i just thought it was a really scrawny chicken.. kampong chicken what.. if they are fat they won't be called kampong chicken mah..
i even asked my mum
"妈,这是什么?为什么有点红红的?"
"是鸡肉LA。不要问这么多."
"这样小只meh?"
the last one got me a stare... my mum stare is very fierce... i was so fat and short then... sure cannot outrun her and her buddy cane..
but her answer should have set off warning bells.. but you know naviety have no limits?
then after the whole thing...(i thought it tasted like chicken too).. my aunt asked me if i knew what i just ate.. wah.. i may be naive.. but definitely not stupid... looking at how smug my aunt looked... first thought: "shit."
then my mum looked at me ... i prefer to think that she felt guilty then. but i can't remember what was her reaction... but i think she most likely asked me whether i wanted more and gave my aunt a look.
but the winner was when my uncle said finally "so you like rabbits?"
i think i cried... can't remember exactly.. but i remember the drumstick, the colour of the soup and someone doing the bunny ears in front of me...
labbit leh..
like bugs bunny... long ears.. white and fluffy fur...i even have a pet bunny before loh... but i didn't know until i saw photos of me carrying it.. or rather my dad carrying me AND the rabbit.. never knew what happened to it... what if it was actually....... ......
and i think i was still in primary school, you know?...
tramutising childhood? no wonder my circuits a little mixed up...
